- I understand that this mother was married from 1996-2008 and apparently was living with ?? when she first tried to become pregnant and suffered 3 miscarriages (according to her) or 2 ectopic pregnancies according to doctors (no names cited).

- I think the mother should always provide socio-economic information as well as have a psychological evaluation. The medical staff can attempt, then, to guide the mother to appropriate avenues. If it doesn't work, then she will get fertility treatments if she can pay.

- Good grief! These parents need to become a lot more flexible so they can work with the church to reach an accommodation that is satisfactory with all.
